In order to ensure correct installation and to be eligible for any necessary warranty claim, we recommend using a certified installer. However, to allow you an opportunity to save on professional installation costs, we offer these parts to you at a discount price that you will not find from your local HVAC dealer. We will do everything we can in order to help you diagnose a problem and get you the part you need. Due to the complicated nature of heating and cooling systems, we cannot guarantee to give an accurate diagnosis over the phone or through email. Customers assume all responsibility for any costs incurred in diagnosing problems and ordering parts. We are here to help as much as we can, but we always recommend that you consult with your local heating and cooling company in order to get the most accurate help possible. Returns will not be accepted on used parts.

Refund Policy: Please understand that before you are eligible for any refund, you MUST contact our customer service department first. We promise to provide you with timely service and will inform you of the proper steps to take in order to ensure you receive your refund as stated below. Any items returned or actions taken by the customer before contacting customer service may void our refund policy.

All products sold are guaranteed to work or your money back. If we sell you a defective product, you have the option of getting a full refund or receiving an exact replacement at no cost to you. If we are unable to provide you with an exact replacement for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or a similar product at no cost to you. If the cost of the similar product is equal or greater than the original product, we will cover the additional cost. If the cost of the similar product is less than the original product, we will issue a refund for the difference in cost. In all refund situations involving defective products, we require that you send the item back to us (we cover the return shipping costs). If upon receiving the defective part, we determine it was damaged by the buyer, we have the right to revoke any refund previously issued. We are not liable for any damages done once the product reaches the customer.

Return Policy: All items that are exchanged or returned for a reason other than defectiveness are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is limited to any actual costs paid by to ship the product to the customer. Customer will not be charged for any loss of time or other incidental costs incurred by will not cover the return shipping for any products except those specified in our Refund Policy. If you need to return or exchange the product you ordered for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us at your cost and we will refund you for the original cost of the item excluding any shipping paid and restocking fees. Upon receiving your return and verifying the product has not been used or damaged, a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and restocking fee) will be issued within seven (7) business days.
